Finespun Cakes & Pastries was established to incorporate my love for art and design with my love for fine cakes. I take great pride in being meticulous and paying close attention to the smallest of details. I am passionate about creating delicious, one of a kind cakes and pastries. Graduating from Le Cordon Bleu’s Diplome de Patisserie program has given me the skills and techniques needed to be a technically driven pastry chef, but I also have art and design prowess which is necessary to create unique works in a creative and competitive industry.

I work very closely with each and every one of my clients, and together we make each cake the best that it can be. With Finespun Cakes & Pastries I strive to create a personal experience with each client for which a cake is constructed. All cakes have a classic and elegant feel, but stay unique and original, and are specifically designed to make that special day into something truly memorable.

Classic pastry techniques are used in the Finespun process, but we love experimenting with new and innovative ways of creating edible art. Handcrafted gumpaste flowers, intricately piped royal icing designs, custom painting, sugar/isomalt work and tempered chocolate are all used to create the decorations at Finespun Cakes & Pastries. Here, the interior is just as important as the exterior; we only use the finest ingredients for everything we produce.
